Returns & Exchanges of PMX Graphics

At PMX Graphics, every order is produced with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are made to order or customized, our return policy is slightly different from standard retail products.

1. Custom and Personalized Orders

Products that are customized or made specifically to your request (including race numbers, names, colors or sponsor layouts) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or incorrectly produced.

Please make sure all submitted details are correct before approving your design preview. Once approved, the order will move into production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

2. Non-Custom (Standard) Products

If you have ordered a non-custom or standard product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, uninstalled and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrectly produced, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue so we can assess it quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a suitable solution at no additional cost.

4. Installation and Usage

We are not responsible for damage caused during or after installation. We strongly recommend following our installation guidelines and ensuring the surface is properly cleaned and prepared before applying the graphics.

Once a product has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us via email with your order number and a short explanation of the problem. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

6. Production & Delivery Times

Design Proof

After placing your order, you will receive a design proof within 3 business days, unless you have selected the option to skip the design proof during checkout.

The design proof allows you to review the layout, colors and details before production starts. Please make sure to carefully check all information, including names, numbers and sponsor placement.

Production Time

Once the design proof has been approved, production starts immediately. The standard production time is 5–7 business days.

Production times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we always aim to keep you informed if any delays occur.

Shipping Time

After production is completed, your order will be shipped. Shipping times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, but please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
